This manuscript receives an indeterminate rating. The indeterminate rating was assigned to two findings: Hospital Attendance for Unintentional Injury (0 to 9 years) and Harsh Punishment by Any Parent (0 to 9 years). These findings received an indeterminate rating because reviewers could not confirm the level of attrition. All other findings received a low rating because they were high attrition and did not satisfy the baseline equivalence requirement.
