The manuscript reports on a randomized controlled trial in which participants had a higher probability of being assigned to the home visiting intervention group over time. It received a low rating because the study does not account for the differing probabilities of assignment in the analysis, and the intervention and comparison groups did not demonstrate equivalence on race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status in the analyzed sample at baseline.
