Measure validity and reliability is not assessed for findings that receive a low evidence rating; all findings in this manuscript received a low rating. |
All findings in this manuscript receive a low rating because random assignment was compromised, and the authors did not satisfy the baseline equivalence requirement. Random assignment was compromised because, in addition to the randomized comparison group, the authors included in the study sample the comparison group participants from a different study. In addition, HomVEE was not able to confirm the authors' missing data approach was acceptable under Version 2 of the HomVEE standards.
