This model does not meet criteria established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for an evidence-based home visiting model because the findings to satisfy the criteria are from an RCT and favorable (statistically significant) impacts were not sustained for at least one year after program enrollment and no favorable (statistically significant) impacts were reported in a peer-reviewed journal.
